VeO

Stress has a direct impact on animal biological functions. This includes the following:

  • Abnormal behaviour
  • Weakened immune system
  • Upset of the digestive system including depressed appetite
  • Less energy for production
  • Lower reproductive performance

VeO stimulates the olfactory system to send sensory messages to the brain which moderates the animals stress response.

In response to these messages the “stress alert” brain signals are reduced.

Consequentially VeO moderates the behavioural and physiological effects of stress resulting in improved productivity.

The application of VeO is to reduce the impacts of stress in animal production systems.
